As you may know the Supreme Court has promulgated a new rule specifying a form pretrial order to be used in most cases effective July 1, 2000. The new forms will be used in Winchester and Warren County. Judge Prosser will also be using the forms in Frederick and Clarke, except for the reference in paragraph "II" to my discovery memo. If you review the forms you will see that there are numberous changes in the time for pretrial filings, so please review the orders carefully when you get them.
